Custom Or Personalized Items
For custom or personalized items please emails us first to confirm we can complete and deliver your order on time.
To get a quote or a virtual proof done, please emails us your deadline, your logo, your full shipping address (including postal code) along with any other relevant information like the team roster, colors, fonts, etc..
Production
For custom or personalized items our production time is 1-2 weeks. During peak season our production time is 2-3 weeks.
We accept rush orders. 20% fee applies. Please contact us first to confirm we can complete and deliver your rush order on time.
Shipping
We ship from Ontario, Canada
Currently we offer $20 flat rate standard shipping to most places in Canada. Standard shipping takes 3-9 business (up 2 weeks during holidays).
We do not ship to Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Internationally or to P.O. boxes at the moment.
Orders containing custom or personalized items will be shipped when those items are complete based on our production time.
Orders containing only retail-ready items will be shipped within 2 business days.
Retail-Ready Items
There is no need to contact us for retail-ready items. You can simply add such items to your cart and checkout. A retail-ready item is any item that does not require customization or personalization.

We accept e-transfers and most credit cards for payment.

Q: My logo is an image, can you use it?
A: Most likely. If we think your logo won't print well we'll let you know.
Q: How do I know if my logo is vector?
A: I If the file extension of your logo is eps, ai, cdr, svg or pdf your logo is likely in vector format. If that's not the case we'll let you know.
